Friedrich Frank

Friedrich Frank (1871 - 1945) was active/lived in Austria.  Friedrich Frank is known for Painting.

Friedrich Frank (1871-1945) studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna.  There he was together with Hermann Burghart the owner of a joint studio for theater painting and decorative art, which he later ran by himself.  He was a painter of war at the Italian front from 1914 until 1918.  He undertook journeys to Egypt and Palestine in 1930/31.  He was commissioned the design of the Romanian pavilion at the World Fair in Paris in 1935.
